Richard Paukner

Matthew Gruchevsky, CPA

Matt Gruchevsky, CPA, joined Richard Paukner and Associates LLC in 2013. Previously he worked for Dominion Financial Group, Inc., a Tampa-based investment management firm and family office, where he focused primarily on partnership and trust taxation for private equity, oil & gas, and real estate investments. Matt is licensed in Connecticut and Florida and is a member of the AICPA and the CTCPA. He received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting, and a Master of Science degree in Accounting, from the University of Tampa.

Richard Paukner, CPA

Richard Paukner, CPA, began his wholly owned practice in July 2008 as a result of the demise of Arthur Allen & Company LLC where he had been a partner since 1993 and worked at since 1982. During his thirty five years practicing public accounting, he has worked exclusively with privately held companies performing accounting, auditing, tax and advisory services to a broad based clientele. Richard is licensed in Connecticut and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA") and the Connecticut Society of CPAs ("CTCPA"). Richard received his undergraduate degree in 1979 from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York where he graduated magna cum laude. Richard has held several volunteer positions in various civic groups in Connecticut and Washington DC as well as serving six years on the Planning and Zoning Commission in the Town of Wilton where he previously resided.
